Shipping Policy

1) Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. The place of delivery is the address you provide during checkout. Risk of loss or damage remains with us until delivery to you.

2) Shipping costs (no free shipping)
Shipping costs are always charged and are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions. Shipping fees already paid are not refundable.

3) Order processing & dispatch
Orders are processed on business days. Some orders may require age/ID verification before dispatch (e.g., airsoft replicas). For compliance reasons, airsoft replicas are shipped only to the customer who placed the order; you cannot list a different recipient name for delivery.

4) Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier (please also check your spam folder).

5) Address changes & delivery issues
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately with your order number. Once a parcel has left our facility, changes or recalls may be subject to carrier rules and extra costs. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us so we can start an investigation.

6) Customs, duties & local regulations
• EU customers: VAT is charged at your local rate during checkout.  
• Outside the EU: Dutch VAT is not charged (0%); your local customs authority may collect import duties and taxes on delivery.  
It is your responsibility to ensure the items you order are legal to import to your country. We cannot refund orders seized by local authorities.

7) Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can resend it after receiving updated instructions; additional shipping costs will apply.

8) Warranty & transport damage
Products are covered by statutory conformity rules and the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us first if you believe your item is defective on arrival so we can assess repair, replacement or refund options.
