Rapid Deployment — Shipping & Delivery

Skirmshop ships worldwide from our Dutch warehouse every business day. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 CET (Mon–Fri) are handed to the courier the same day; later orders leave on the next business day. During Dutch public holidays our warehouse is closed and dispatch resumes the following working day.

1 · Processing & Dispatch Times


  • In‑stock items – packed within 24 h (cut‑off 12:00 CET).

  • Back‑orders / Pre‑orders – the estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page; the entire order will wait until all items are in‑stock unless you select Split Shipping at checkout.

  • Airsoft replica ID check – replicas are shipped only after mandatory document verification; allow an extra 1–2 business days if documents are missing or incorrect.

2 · Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are distance‑based and calculated in real time at checkout. A quick quote is available in the cart—simply select your country and postal code. We do not offer free‑shipping promotions; shipping costs are always payable by the customer.

3 · VAT, GST & Customs


  • European Union – We collect your local VAT rate at checkout under the EU IOSS scheme.

  • Outside the EU – We export at 0 % Dutch VAT. Your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please ensure that all items—especially airsoft replicas, HPA tanks and camouflage materials—are legal to import into your country. We cannot refund parcels seized by customs.

4 · Tracking & Delivery

You receive a tracking link automatically once your parcel is scanned by the courier (check your spam folder). Status updates are near‑real‑time. Multi‑parcel shipments generate separate tracking numbers. All deliveries require a signature; if nobody is present, the courier will attempt redelivery or drop the parcel at a nearby collection point. We work exclusively with reputable, trackable couriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD and their international partners.

5 · Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Email orders@skirmshop.nl with your order number as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We can usually amend details until the parcel is collected. Once shipped, rerouting or recall costs are charged at the carrier’s rate. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, notify us within 7 calendar days so we can open an investigation.

  • 29th of May - Ascension Day

  • 9th of June - Pentecost

  • 25–26th of December - Christmas

  • 31 st of December - New Year’s Eve (early cut‑off 10:00 CET)

Holidays 2026

  • 1 st of Januari - New Year’s Day

  • 3rd of April - Good Friday

  • 6tht of April - Easter  Monday

  • 27th of April - King’s Day

  • 5th of  May - Day of Freedom

  • 14th of May - Ascension Day

  • 25th of May - Pentecost

  • 25-26th of December - Christmas

  • 31 st of December - New Year’s Eve (early cut‑off 10:00 CET)

Orders placed during closure ship on the next business day.

7 · Environmentally Conscious Packaging

We use FSC‑certified cardboard, biodegradable packing chips and recycled air pillows whenever possible. Please recycle or reuse the packaging.
