The screw requires a 2mm hex key.

It is recommended to use a slight dab of blue Loctite or a strip of PTFE tape on the screw threads to prevent the nozzle from adjusting itself in use.

Power output will obviously depend on factors such as gas used, BB weight, and temperature. That said you can easily achieve the listed power settings on standard green gas at room temperature with heavy BBs.
