When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days ship the same day if the items are in stock. A tracking e-mail follows automatically.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—e-mail orders@skirmshop.nl before 15:00 CET on the shipping day with your order number. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Klarna Pay-Later.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are processed through certified payment providers.

What is the minimum age to buy an airsoft replica?
Please check your own governments regulations for the minimum required age.
Don't forget to send your ID
Why do I have to upload my ID?
Dutch law requires age verification before we can ship any airsoft replica. ID copies are deleted automatically once verified.
What FPS limits apply on fields?
Local fields have their own rules and regulations with different requirements please check before attending an event.

Do I need an account to order?
No, but an account lets you save addresses, review orders, download invoices and manage wish‑lists.
I forgot my password—what should I do?
Click Forgot password on the login page and follow the reset link (valid for 60 min).

Returns
Item arrived damaged or defective?
Email orders@skirmshop.nl within 48 hours. Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the packaging and damage. We’ll reply (business days) within 48 hours.
Missing something?
Email orders@skirmshop.nl with your order number and list the missing items. We’ll sort it out fast.
Return an item (14-day window)
- The returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging, Unused.
- Fill in the return form and put it in the box.

We refund the product price within 5 business days after we receive and inspect it.
Used items or returns after 14 days
Only possible with prior approval. Email us first. Returns sent without approval may be refused. If items show signs of use, we may deduct a value reduction.
