If you need to return an item or cancel an order, this guide explains exactly how the process works, what is eligible, and what to expect.
How to Start a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Check if your item is eligible for return
- Make sure your product meets the return conditions listed below.
- Go into your account and go the order that you want to return.
- Press the button "Return Items" and follow the instructions.
- You will receive a confirmation mail stating that the request has been made.
At this point we will need to verify if your order is eligible for return and you will receive an email with further instructions.

Unused items in their original, sealed packaging

Items that have been opened or used
→ These may qualify for a partial refund after inspection
❌ Not Eligible / Not Cancellable
- Pre-orders
- Back-orders
- F-Mark Airsoft Guns
⚖️ Legal Exclusions
- Items made to your specifications (e.g. F-Mark or pre-upgraded airsoft guns)
- Clearly personalized items
- Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature
- Any other statutory exclusions under applicable law
Important Notes About Returns
We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns.
Do not send back used products or items outside the return period.
Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of purchase.
The 14-day period starts at the moment the purchase contract is concluded (at checkout).
How to Cancel Your Order
If the order has already been shipped: cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item after delivery (if eligible).
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation.
This cancellation is available in your account:
- Go to your account
- Go to the order you would like to cancel
- Press the button "Cancel Items"
After this we will start the cancelling procedure and review if your cancellation is valid.
When we confirm your cancellation as valid you will receive an email that states this. Please keep in mind that refunds can take a few days to process.
Final Reminder
Sending back items that are:
used, damaged due to improper handling, or outside the 14-day return window may result in rejection of the return or reduced refund eligibility.
